We believe the world can be a much better, kinder place, where everyone can feel supported and improve their well-being. Community is a core part of that journey. We want the Bearable community to be there for each other and to make each other stronger.
We’ve all had moments where we’ve needed support. Maybe we didn’t ask for help when we should have, for any number of reasons. Or maybe we aren’t in a position to afford the help we need. We would like these gifted premium memberships to be a moment of joy for a recipient, and a catalyst for positive change.
Sometimes we’re in a position where we can give back and help, but we don’t always know what we can do. The Heroes program is a way for you to help create that kinder world and to support the community. If you can help even just a single person and make a positive difference in their lives, we think it’s all worth it.
And if you are ever in need, you can know that there’s a community out there willing to lend a helping hand.
First and foremost, you should be able to afford to do so. Please do not become a Hero if it would cause you any financial hardship.

If you think you could benefit from a Premium subscription, but cannot afford it, this is for you! Our hope is that this makes a Premium subscription accessible to all who could benefit from it.

At the start of each month, we’ll announce a new drawing for sponsored Premium memberships and share this form that you can use to enter the drawing. Make sure to join our Discord (https://discord.gg/6k5GDpAtqv) and Reddit (www.reddit.com/r/BearableApp) communities to be notified of monthly new drawings!
Anyone can be a Hero, whether or not you use the Bearable app. Thank you for your support!
No, Premium memberships are separate from Hero memberships. You do not receive a Premium membership subscription when you become a Hero.
The available sponsored Premium memberships for a given drawing are based on the contributions from Heroes in the prior month. For example, if a Hero joins the program on the 2nd of the month, the sponsored Premium memberships from that Hero are available on the 1st of the following month.
Submissions for the drawings open on the 1st of each month. Sponsored memberships are gifted after the drawing concludes, no later than the 10th of the month.
Winners will be notified by email.
After the prior month’s raffle is completed, we make raffle entries for the next month available. People can submit their information to be eligible for the drawing up until the submission deadline.
Next, we randomly draw winners to receive the sponsored Premium memberships. The number of available sponsored memberships is determined by the previous month’s Hero contributions. If we were to ever have more sponsored Premium memberships to give than participants in the raffle, the additional memberships would go to support individuals who are on permanent free Premium membership plans because they cannot otherwise afford it.

We wanted to provide a way for people to give to the community who are in a position to do so. With Heroes, you can improve the health, wellness, and growth of people who can benefit from Premium membership, but who may not be able to afford it. We’re all in this together, and many of us understand what it’s like to fall on hard times. If you can help even just one person out there, we think it’s worth it and we hope you can feel great about your generous gift!Â
When your membership expires, you will stop gifting sponsored Premium memberships and will stop receiving any associated benefits.
We still want to recognize your support, so your Hall of Heroes dedication will remain, and you will receive a new Discord role as an alum of the Heroes program.

We may change benefits in the future to better support the goals of the program.
In the event this happens, if a person had violated the rules and guidelines for our Discord server to the point that they were banned, we, unfortunately, cannot reinstate the person just because they’ve become a Hero. In this case, the person could choose to stop being a Hero if that was an important perk for them to be able to have, so much so that they would then choose to not be a Hero if they couldn’t receive it.

Your Hero membership starts when you complete your membership transaction. After you complete the transaction, please fill out the provided form so we can start delivering your benefits promptly. Thank you!
Your Hero membership auto-renews on the cadence you selected. It will, however, expire if the card on file expires, or if you cancel your membership. The membership and its benefits will continue until the next renewal date.
Your sponsored Premium membership starts once the monthly drawing selection concludes and sponsored memberships are gifted. This will usually be by the 5th of the month.
If you won the drawing, you will be notified by email.
Your sponsored Premium membership will expire a month after it is granted. At this point, you will be presented with discounted options to continue with Premium. If you cannot afford it, we will gift you Premium for free! We want to make sure people have access to the tools they need to thrive, and do not want to take something away from someone that’s been helping them for a month just because they cannot afford it.
If you found Premium helpful, we want to make sure you can continue being a Premium member in a way that is affordable to you, even if that means you need to receive it for free. You will be presented with discounted options to continue with Premium. We want to make sure people have access to the tools they need to thrive, and do not want to take something away from someone that’s been helping them for a month just because they cannot afford it.

No, Bearable does not store your credit card information. We use Stripe to process payments and they store your information.
If you participate in The Heroes Program as a Hero, you will have the option to share a message with recipients of the free sponsored Premium memberships. If you opt-in, we will then share your message via the Hall of Heroes. Optionally, you’ll also be able to share your Reddit and/or Discord username with us so that we can use this information to give you:

Otherwise, your recipients do not learn more about you, and will never learn more about you without your permission.
