Change or update account email address

Due to the cost of changing email addresses, we’re only able to offer this service to subscribing members of the community.

However, if you believe you’re subject to extenuating circumstances, such as the pending loss of access to an email account, please contact us at support@bearable.app and we can assess these on a case by case basis.

If you have a Bearable Premium subscription, please contact support@bearable.app to request a change of email. Please include:

    1. The current email address used for your account (visible at the top of the settings screen)
    2. Confirmation of the new email address you’d like to use for your account.

Note.  For security purposes, we require that you contact us from both of the email accounts requesting the account transfer.
