It’s not currently possible to change the start and end times of your day. However, provided you’re using the time periods feature in the Symptoms and Other Factors sections of Bearable, this shouldn’t negatively impact your insights and reports.
Alternatively, if you’d prefer to log changes in your health outcomes (Mood, Symptoms, Energy, Sleep) using a time stamp to better reflect your day, you can do this by using custom Health Measurements.
