Tips.

▶️ Find a mindfulness meditation that you enjoy listening to, like this one from Calm.

🔕 Put your phone on silent so that you’re not disturbed by unexpected notifications or calls.

🤫 Find a calm and quiet place where you won’t be easily disturbed.

🧸 Sit or lie down in a comfortable position. You can sit cross-legged on a cushion or chair, or lie down with your arms by your side.

🍃 Observe your thoughts as they come and go. Treat them like passing clouds, allowing them to drift away without holding onto them.

🫂 Be kind to yourself during your practice. Don’t force anything; let the experience unfold naturally. Patience is crucial.
